LAFAYETTE, LA – While they insist that they can’t be 100% sure and are making the claim off of nothing more of a hunch, area locals get the feeling that the priest at their local church may be sponsored by Amazon this Ash Wednesday.
The priest conducted his Ash Wednesday service in a professional manner, however the mark of the cross tended to look like much less of a cross this year. The ashes used were also kept in a bag that appeared to be overnight shipped through Prime.
The Priest himself was not available for comment, however the church claimed that it was all “purely coincidental”, and that any further questions could be directed to [email protected].
