EUNICE, LA – Taking time out to enjoy the Spring sunshine, area gramma’ Joyce Renaux explained how she’s really thankful to be spending a few days off of work.
Renaux who, according to her Facebook profile “works at Farmville”, is believed to have been given the Easter weekend off by upper-management, and told not to touch a single super-berry or even think about firing up that hot rod tractor.
“It’s really nice to put down the tools and spend some time at home with family”, said Mrs. Renaux, “Farmville can get pretty crazy, pretty stressful. It’s a job that you have to be committed to – waking up at the crack of dawn, and not stopping until that sun goes down. So it’s real nice to be able to take a long weekend off and not have to think about it.”
“I’m halfway through crafting a winery at the moment, but I know it’ll be there when I go back on Monday. I’ll just have to send double the amount of help requests to all 36 people on my friends list.”
Ms. Renaux confirmed that it is not paid-time off – in fact, she’s never once been paid. In fact, she’s plowed $100 into Farmville in the past 3 months.
“I love my job”, she said.
