LAFAYETTE, LA – Well folks, another Festival International has come and gone quicker than an F150 on Johnston Street.
The international-oriented festival once again put on a hell of a show, and proceedings came to an end this evening with its traditional 21-gun mass brawl somewhere on Jefferson Street.
The brawl, which signifies the end of the four-day event, was quickly dispersed after a passerby shouted that there was “free beer and boudin around the corner” and thus bringing the annual testy coming together to an end.
Authorities confirmed that there was no injuries, no free beer, and no free boudin.
